Standards for yearly events

Yearly events should prefaced with CCC-YYYY. For example, the projects section of 339 for the year 2005 would get the title 339-2005 Projects, while a project called Gamma Attenuation would get the title 339-2005 Gamma Attenuation.

Missing and Damaged Equipment Macros

I've created two macros for missing and damaged equipment. To flag a piece of equipment insert the text [[missing]] or [[damaged]] into its page close to the description of the problem.
