Logistics: Finally, some info:

"Please note that the PhD Preliminary Examination will be on Wednesday, May 23rd and Thursday, May 24th. The time and location will be annouced next week. Also, do not register for the examination yet. I will let you know when you can do that sometime in March.

Please let me know if you plan to take the exam this year. Should you have any questions regarding the exam, please contact Prof. Michael Hilke.
